Returns & Refunds Policy at Jack and Willow

Not totally thrilled with your order? No worries! You’ve got 14 days (from the moment your order lands on your doorstep) to send it back for a refund (excluding sale items) or an exchange. Just keep in mind that return shipping is on you. We’ll issue your refund as store credit within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your return. If the product is faulty, we’ll give you a full refund, of course! But remember, we can only accept returns for products that are new, unused, and still looking as good as when they left us.

Sale items: Unfortunately, they’re exchange-only and not refundable. But hey, at least you get to swap it for something you love!

When returning items, please pop them back in their original packaging so they’re safe and sound during the journey back to us. And make sure your products are new, unused, and that the tags are still on – no tag? No return!

Returns that are damaged, dirty, or just not in tip-top shape (as decided by Jack and Willow, of course) won’t be accepted and might even be sent back to you. So, keep those tags on, and make sure everything’s in pristine condition!

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you all the info you need to ship the item back. Remember, returns without prior approval won’t be accepted, so let’s keep it official!

Damaged Items or Issues
As soon as your order arrives, take a peek! If something’s off (like a defective item, damage, or the wrong product), let us know ASAP. We’ll make it right, no stress!

Store Credit
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If everything checks out, we’ll hook you up with store credit in the form of a gift card!
